During which months does illegal street racing occur? One method of estimating illegal street racing activity is through the amount of accidents registered in Evo Street Racers Database. There is a direct and simple connection between illegal street racing activity and illegal street racing accidents: more activity more accidents. To this end the focus of the study reveals which seasons and months have the highest illegal street racing accidents.

The study reflects verified illegal street racing accident data gathered in Evo Street Racers database for a nine year period (2000-2008). The study is largely composed of illegal street racing accidents in America; however, does include a few additional countries in the Northern Hemisphere.

Please note that the focus of the study is not on the amount of illegal street racing accidents rather the percentage of accidents per month and per season; therefore, Evo Street Racers will not be releasing the sample count which the study was derived from.

Illegal Street Racing Seasonal Accident Incidence
The Winter season yields the highest percentage of accidents at 33% with the lowest percentage being the Fall season with 18%.

Illegal Street Racing Monthly Accident Incidence
The highest incidence of illegal street racing occurs in the month of January with 13% and the lowest incidence occurs in Aug/Sept with 5%.
