Innovation is the result of ordinary methods failing to achieve the necessary results and the passion of dedicated people pursuing continuous improvement. Officer Jim Griner is one these people. With nearly two decades of experience in law enforcement and a love of motorsports he founded Cops C.A.I.R. The organization is as it sounds, a group of highly motivated police officers that C.A.I.R. enough to go beyond there job to volunteer there free time to make a better community via finding solutions to the illegal street racing problem. With statistics identifying illegal street racing trends and first-hand experience of the consequences of the activity, Cops C.A.I.R. is focusing on creating a national education campaign for young adults between the ages of 15-20. Evo Street Racers is proud to pursue an official partnership with Cops C.A.I.R. as we combine our resources into a synergy of success to solve the problem of illegal street racing. Cops C.A.I.R., Inc. is a non-profit corporation that was created by law enforcement to provide an instructional presentation to teenagers and young adults regarding the effects of illegal racing (street racing), aggressive/reckless driving and impairment.

The program is designed to be motivational while offering alternatives to illegal racing. It is further designed to provide a memorable experience while educating our youth about traffic safety issues. Ultimately, our goal is to SAVE LIVES!

The Cops C.A.I.R. Campaign will be introduced through Intervention, Cooperation, and Education (I.C.E).

Intervention - Taking proactive measures to influence the lives of our youth by offering guidance and fellowship.
Cooperation - Teamwork! Establishing relationships that will build strong foundations to support a united effort towards driver safety.
Education - Offering unique and memorable instruction that will utilize displays, demonstrations, interaction, feedback and awards to help retain our message as a lifelong goal.
