Anti-Street Legislation

Personal property destroyed, innocent bystanders are injured, fines and jail time is incurred, and well over a hundred people a year die to street racing with thousands injured. Parents, communities, and police agencies across the country and the globe for that matter have declared that street racing is an epidemic of our youths, one that is worth investigating and passing stricter but well deserved laws, fines, and/or jail sentences.

Below is a list of the proposed and amended laws, fines, and penalties if caught in the activity of driving aggressively and racing on the street.

Also this section features a database of past and present street racing enforcement news relating to Police enforcement tactics', communities efforts to lobby for stricter street racing laws, and the decisions of politicians.

Street Racing laws are very dynamic and vary from state to state as local, county, and state agencies can introduce and pass legislature at any given time. fines differ greatly.
