All seven teenagers were taken to Staten Island University Hospital, police said.Arout, a student at Tottenville High School, was pronounced dead at 1 a.m. after succumbing to severe head and internal injuries. Arout was from the Annadale neighborhood on Staten Island's south shore.The accident shut down West Veterans Road in the Charleston just south of the intersection with Englewood Avenue.One vehicle went off the road and underneath some trees, while another vehicle went off the road on the opposite side. Debris was scattered along the road and there was a fluid spill.
