JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. (AP) - A judge in Jonesborough has sentenced two men convicted in a 2005 fatal street racing crash to prison terms of five and six years. Bradley Mullins and David Phillips were convicted of vehicular homicide and reckless homicide by a jury that acquitted them of second-degree murder charges. The fiery crash killed Cortney Hensley of Telford and severely burned Courtney Beard of Gray. They were in a compact sport utility vehicle stopped at a traffic signal when a car driven by Mullins rammed them at high speed. Mullins was 18 at the time of the crash and Judge Robert Cupp said Monday he considered Mullins' age and apology in sentencing.
