SEATTLE – A $1,000 reward is now out for a man charged with vehicular homicide who failed to show up in court Thursday.

Richard Frazer, 21, is charged with vehicular homicide in the death of 19-year-old Cameron Harbin. Police say the two were racing at speeds up to 100 mph on 128th Street E. in Spanaway last October when Harbin lost control and crashed.

Detectives say Frazer left the scene and did not call 911 or try to help Harbin.

Frazer is 5-feet 5-inches tall, 160 pounds with light brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in Puyallup.

Tacoma/Pierce County Crime Stoppers is putting up a $1,000 reward for information leading to Frazer’s arrest. You can call (253) 591-5959. All callers will remain anonymous.
